Vintage 1987 Stoneware Crock with Lid

A vintage stoneware crock-style canister, complete with its original fitted lid. This piece is hand-signed by the artist, appearing to be "Teresa Hatness," and is clearly dated "'87". One side features a hand-painted rustic barn scene against a landscape, while the reverse is decorated with two traditional blue bands. The unglazed bottom is unmarked, consistent with studio pottery. The salt-glaze style finish gives it a classic, rustic appeal.
