Thrift World announces new store in Carroll, Iowa

Carroll, Iowa - Thrift World is excited to announce its new store in Carroll, Iowa. This new location is set to open for business in March and will hold a grand opening event. 

“Thrift World is thrilled to be in the Carroll market,” said Steven Stark, CEO of Thrift World. “We are accepting job applications now in order to fill the 20+ positions to fully staff our new location.” 

Thrift World is currently hiring a store manager, assistant managers, drivers, full-time production staff and cashiers. Interested applicants should submit their applications through Thrift World’s website. 

This store will be the seventh Thrift World in the Midwest region and the second store in Iowa. It will appeal to shoppers who want to limit their impact on the environment by purchasing reusable items and donating unwanted items. 

Thrift World’s Carroll location is now accepting item donations at their store, donation bins across Iowa and through their free at-home donation pick-up services. They accept clothing of all sizes, accessories, furniture, electronics and household items. All item donations will support local nonprofits and charities. 

Thrift World also partners with nonprofit and charitable organizations looking to increase awareness and fundraising. They are always looking for new partners. Partnership applications can be submitted online. 

The store is located at 1407 Radiant Road Carroll, IA 51401.
