This elegant pair of 19th-century hand-colored steel engravings features topographical views of "Hampton Court Bridge" and "Aylesford, Kent" by William Tombleson (c. 1795-1846). Renowned for his detailed illustrations of English and German rivers, Tombleson's work is characterized by fine line work and architectural precision. These pieces are presented in matching gold-finished frames with wide, inset bevelled mats that accentuate the ornate, classical decorative borders surrounding each topographical scene.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. The prints show minor age-appropriate toning but remain sharp with well-preserved coloring. The gold frames show light surface wear and minor gilt loss at edges consistent with age. Glazing is clear and supports are secure.
