This handcrafted West African Fulani hat topper serves as a decorative finial for traditional conical woven hats. The piece features a woven grass crown with geometric patterns, atop a cascade of long leather fringe in green, red, and natural tan. The leather panels feature incised geometric line work, reflecting the traditional artisanal aesthetics of the Sahel region.
