Vintage set of two Pyrex opal glass mixing bowls from the iconic Primary Colors series. Produced by Corning Glass Works, these nesting bowls are mid-century kitchen staples valued for their durability and classic aesthetic. The #401 blue and #402 orange bowls are quintessential examples of early American ovenware, sought after by collectors for both display and utility.

Condition: Both bowls show significant finish wear to the exterior color. The orange #402 bowl has severe dishwasher damage (DWD), resulting in a mottled and distressed color appearance across the entire exterior. The blue #401 bowl exhibits heavy surface scratching and thinning of the original blue finish. The opal glass interiors of both pieces remain clean and glossy. There are no chips, cracks, or fleabites present on the rims or base rings of either bowl.
