Hand-Painted Decorative Vase
Ceramic with Cobalt Blue Floral Motif
Vintage Folk Art Style, Scalloped Rim
This vintage ceramic vase features a vibrant hand-painted floral and geometric pattern executed in a folk art style reminiscent of Boleslawiec Polish pottery. The design utilizes a classic palette of cobalt blue and black against a creamy white ground, with a distinctive ruffled scalloped rim that adds a delicate architectural element to the robust vessel form.
• Hand-painted glazed ceramic with intricate floral clusters and geometric banding
• Elegant ruffled or scalloped rim with a slightly flared profile and pedestal base
• Traditional folk art aesthetic suitable for farmhouse, eclectic, or traditional decor
• Measures approximately 6.25" tall and 6.5" wide at the rim (ruler visible in photos)
Condition: Very good vintage condition overall. The ceramic body is structurally sound with no large chips or repairs. A faint horizontal hairline or crazing line is visible on the interior rim area, which appears to be surface-level. The underside shows typical shelf wear and remnants of a paper label. Glaze remains bright and glossy with minimal surface wear.
