This vintage 4-way religious medal, also known as a cruciform, is crafted in 12K gold filled metal. The pendant features four distinct devotional images: the Sacred Heart of Jesus at the top, Saint Christopher on the left, the Miraculous Medal (Virgin Mary) on the right, and Saint Joseph at the bottom.
