X-Wing Fighter Star Wars Vehicle
Vintage 1970s Era, Incomplete

The T-65 X-wing starfighter is the iconic primary interceptor of the Rebel Alliance, famously piloted by Luke Skywalker during the Battle of Yavin. This vintage large-scale toy, consistent with the original 1978 Kenner production line, was designed to accommodate the 3.75-inch action figure series. As a cornerstone of early Star Wars merchandising, these vehicles are prized by collectors for their historical significance in the action figure revolution of the late 1970s.

• Large-scale vehicle sculpt approximately 13 inches in length with a 12-inch wingspan
• Features the integrated R2-D2 droid head characteristic of early electronic models
• Manually operated S-foils (wings) that lock into attack position
• Molded in light gray plastic with various original paper decal markings still applied

Condition: This item is incomplete and shows significant play wear. The clear cockpit canopy, front nose cone, and landing gear are missing. The plastic shows minor discoloration and yellowing consistent with age. Several decals are peeling or show edge wear. The wing mechanism appears intact with no visible damage, though S-foils may have slight drooping when deployed. Battery compartment for electronic features shows some surface oxidation; electronics are untested.
