Madame Alexander Character Doll Lot — 4 Dolls
Cinderella, Betsy Brooks, McGuffey Ana, and Little Nanny Etticoat
Vintage Miniature Showcase Series

Founded by Beatrice Alexander in 1923, Madame Alexander dolls are a cornerstone of American doll-making history. This lot represents the Miniature Showcase line, which translated classic folklore and literature into detailed 8-inch collectible figures. These mid-to-late 20th-century pieces are celebrated for their quality craftsmanship, expressive sleep eyes, and historically inspired character interpretations.

• Cinderella (No. 498) featuring green hood, tattered brown apron, and broom accessory
• Betsy Brooks (No. 437) with blue gingham attire, red bonnet, and matching umbrella
• McGuffey Ana with signature blonde braids and floral-accented straw sun hat
• Little Nanny Etticoat (No. 428) in a formal white gown with pink ribbon accents

Condition: The dolls are in excellent vintage condition with vibrant fabric colors and fully intact costumes. Sleep eyes are functional across all figures, and original hairstyles remain well-preserved. The four original blue floral boxes are included and show minor shelf wear, light corner scuffing, and minimal adhesive residue from historical pricing consistent with age.
