This antique mop wringer was manufactured by the White Mop Wringer Co. of Fultonville, New York, an early leader in commercial and domestic cleaning technology. Featuring a sturdy wooden frame and heavy-duty cast iron hardware, this "No. 2" model was warranted specifically for domestic service as indicated by the "For Family Use Only" stamp. The piece showcases patent dates from 1891 through 1902, representing a classic example of early American industrial utility design.
