Refunds and Exchanges

Return Policy (In-store Purchases)

  • Return items within 7 days of purchase.
  • Attach the price tag from the store purchase, no exceptions.
  • Present the original sales receipt when returning the item.
  • Receive in-store credit only; we do not offer cash refunds.

Return Policy (Online Purchases)

  • Submit online returns through the platform within 30 days of purchase.
  • We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the wrong item was shipped.
  • To request a return or exchange, email us within 30 days of the order date. We’ll respond quickly and ensure a replacement is shipped. If we can't send a replacement, we’ll issue a full refund.
