Refunds and Exchanges

Return policy (in-store purchases)

  • Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase 
  • Price tags from store purchase must be attached - No exceptions
  • Original Sales Receipt must be presented at the time of return
  • No Cash Back - In-store credit only will be issued. 
Return policy (Online purchases)
  • Item purchased online must be submitted as a return through the platform purchased within 30 days. 
  • We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date.  Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
