Refunds and Exchanges
Return Policy (In-store Purchases)
- Return items within 7 days of purchase.
- Attach the price tag from the store purchase, no exceptions.
- Present the original sales receipt when returning the item.
- Receive in-store credit only; we do not offer cash refunds.
Return Policy (Online Purchases)
- Submit online returns through the platform within 30 days of purchase.
- We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the wrong item was shipped.
- To request a return or exchange, email us within 30 days of the order date. We’ll respond quickly and ensure a replacement is shipped. If we can't send a replacement, we’ll issue a full refund.
