A handsome lot of two vintage men's tie tacks. This set includes a classic hand-carved shell cameo depicting a Roman or Greek warrior profile, and a second tack featuring a polished oval cabochon of deep blue stone consistent with Lapis Lazuli. XRF analysis confirms both are made of a silver alloy, though not sterling. The cameo tack tests at approximately 69.7% silver, while the Lapis tack is a higher grade 84.2% silver, similar to some European standards.
