THE HISTORY OF THE PARALYZED VETERANS OF AMERICA GREAT PLAINS CHAPTER
The start of the Paralyzed Veterans of America goes back to World War II. A group of soldiers came back from war with spinal cord injuries. They soon realized that there was a lack of resources available to them for navigating through daily life.
